Yoga is a way of life and how we bring ourselves from the mat into our daily lives. It wakes us up and brings us back to ourselves to a quiet, stable center from which we can lengthen, extend, blossom, and grow.

Increased flexibility, stamina, reducing injury, strength, mental clarity, managing stress are but some of the few benefits of yoga. As much as we want to have a healthy body, we need to have a healthy mind. Yoga is the practice of the mind; strength, stillness, and clarity of the mind.

The goal of Sangha Studio is to provide a safe, sacred space to relax, rejuvenate, heal, and transform. Sangha offers classes in classical Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (cultivating the breath), and meditation for adults, teens, and children.
